At play farms <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goudenwoud.nl\/\">Golden Forest<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desteenuil.nl\/speelboerderij\">The Little Owl<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerrithoeve.nl\/kinderspeelboerderij\/\">Gerrithoeve<\/a> kids can play both inside and outside all day long. Go-karts, trampolines, sandbox, playgrounds, slides, cable cars, play houses, you name it! At De Gerrithoeve they even have overalls in all sizes, so no need to worry about dirty clothes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Play with animals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On top of playing with toys, At De Steenuil children can also get to know the animals. They can visit the calves, stroke the goats, feed the animals with the farmer and cuddle the rabbits. In addition, De Steenuil has daytime activities such as pony riding, crafts, tractor driving, farm games, and in the summer, a corn maze. On their website you can see which activity is planned for which day and whether the maze is open.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Searching for gold at Gouden Woud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the middle of the Groene Woud nature reserve with red deer, hares and pheasants, you'll find the Gouden Woud play farm. Digging holes in the sand, playing with water, clambering around on playgrounds and searching for gold.<\/p>\n<p>The play farm is deliberately designed to be natural. The playground is located in the middle of unspoilt nature. Natural materials and colours have been used for the play equipment. Donkeys Okkie and Sophie and cows Beppie and Kuifje complete the farm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>And for mom and dad: sit back and enjoy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Good food and drink make the Brabant farm experience complete! Enjoy the Burgundian delicacies from the lovely outdoor seating. Of course, there is also a children's menu. The following are the best hiking areas for children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The forests and fens of Oisterwijk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The forests of Oisterwijk are known as one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the region. Various hikes can be done starting from the visitors' centre. Dit avonturenpad van ongeveer 2,5 km lang, is \u00a0gratis te bezoeken en dankt zijn naam aan een volksverhaal uit het Noord-Brabantse Hoogeloon. Volgens de verhalen was Kabouter Kyri\u00eb de leider van de kabouters die in Kempen leefde. De kabouters gingen &#8217;s nachts op pad om de boeren en huizen uit de omgeving te helpen. At De Helden van Kien pavilion, you can settle down for a delicious lunch, a tasty dinner or have a drink. In the meantime, enjoy all the delicacies that the Streekpark has to offer. The restaurant uses products from its own vegetable garden. A beautiful location surrounded by the woods of the Sonse Heide nature reserve create a unique and relaxed atmosphere. You will not only find outdoor seating with a playground and a gnome's path (children's trail), but also two museums:<\/p>\n<p><em>Liberating Wings<\/em>\u00a0is a museum about the Second World War on the site where the airborne landings took place in 1944 during Operation Market Garden.
