  • Contact & reservations First and last name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or reservation.
  • Booking details: Dates of stay, number of people, and any preferences you provide.
  • Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, and browsing behaviour via cookies (see our cookie policy).

Why do we process this data?

  • To process your request or reservation and to communicate with you (performance of the agreement).
  • To improve our website and services (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as the record-keeping and retention requirements.

How long do we keep your data for?

We do not store your data for longer than necessary. Reservation and invoice information is stored in accordance with the legal fiscal retention obligation (7 years). Information from the contact form is not stored for longer than is necessary to process your request.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties who help us deliver our service, such as our hosting company (TransIP), our email and booking software, and services used on the website (such as Google Maps and the Instagram feed). Data processing agreements have been made with these parties where necessary. We may also share data when required to do so by law.
